A. To the best of the knowledge of the breeder/seller, this puppy is in healthy,        sound condition and free of any communicable disease at the time of sale.
B.  In the event that any inherited medical problems should arise, which limit the puppy’s ability to be a good pet, it shall be replaced with one of equal value, from the next available litter, provided this puppy is returned to Badger Creek Kennel.
If for any reason the purchaser is unable to keep this puppy, the breeder shall be granted the buy back option and/or will help find an appropriate home for it. Should this puppy die for any reason, whatsoever, during the first 48 hours from time of purchase/shipment, the puppy shall still be paid for in full, and a replacement puppy of equal or better quality shall be provided, if a licensed veterinarian offers written proof that the cause of death was to an unknown preexisting condition. Badger Crest Kennel shall not be responsible for death due to negligence or carelessness of any airline or other live animal carrier; it’s agents or employees, or accidental death while it is in the care of its new owners.
